Architects are changing the face of the world we live and work in as they continue to create the more than 427 billion square feet of commercial and industrial space needed by 2030*. Signs point to the long-term growth of the commercial construction market and the continued rising value of construction put in place.
As America's population grows there is a continuing need for more space in which to learn, work, sleep, shop and play. Architects and designers are on the front lines as they hold the keys to the economic requirements, commercial performance and sustainability needs of the commercial building market.
